Because of this mindful production process, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect sizing selections, or color preference.

We encourage customers to review sizing information and product details carefully before placing an order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A photo of the item received

Once we review the issue, we will arrange a replacement when appropriate.

Lost Packages

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please reach out and we will assist in investigating the shipment with the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping information before placing an order. Orders shipped to an incorrect address entered during checkout may not be eligible for replacement.
